it is still a percentage. I’m not the greatest when it comes to speaking, so that is something I personally have to develop. I am one who struggles to understand what an adverb is and how it is used in the structure of a sentence. I found a blog post that offers the basics to language. I thought it was going to be a breeze though I found that I learned quite a bit of the basics of language, and have a lot more to learn.
