Body Language And Trust

Body language is a powerful means of communication. It’s powerful enough to convey trust. Trust is an important element in seduction. When a woman is willing to be alone with you she is comfortable being around you, SHE TRUSTS YOU.

Which guy would you trust more with your life?

For a woman, there are two types of guys she can trust; straight guys and gay guys. I’ll assume you are a straight guy.

Here are 6 ways you can convey trust to a woman you’re attracted to:

  • 1. Walk with your head straight and looking slightly above the horizon line. This shows that you are confident. It also shows that you are focused, and not distracted by anything that comes your way.
  • 2. Widen your chest. How do you do this? Craig, from DYD fame, recommended this; place your thumbs in your back jean pockets. You’ll have to stretch out your chest to do so. Then remove your thumbs from your pockets. Relax, keeping an open chest, to a position that you are comfortable with.
  • 3. Breath from your gut. This is the proper area to breath from for speaking. When you breath from your chest your shoulders with constantly raise and fall, which is unappealing.
  • 4. Walk with your shoulder blades, NOT your arms. When you walk use your shoulder blades to move your arms. DO NOT swing your arms. Picture how a model with attitude walks.
  • 5. Stand with your feet straight, and slightly wider than shoulder width apart. This again shows that you have direction. Having a wide stance conveys that you a firm stance on life.
  • 6. DO NOT TALK WITH YOUR HANDS. Terence Young taught Sean Connery how to act like James Bond. One thing Terence Young could not stand is someone who talks with their hands.

In essence you want to convey that you know what you want and you are going to get it, regardless. You are not trying to impress/entertain anyone. That is what trust is; doing things for your only benefit. Selfishness is trust. Why? If you do things for your own benefit then you will give it your all. If you offer sex to a woman, as a trusting man, she knows that you are not desperate. You are only looking for sexual satisfaction, and if she doesn’t give it to you go elsewhere.

A quote from 300 sums this up the best. It comes from the manliest of men; Spartan King Leonidas.

Give them nothing! But take from them everything!
-Spartan King Leonidas

Nicely timed post…

I’ve become lazy in the past 2-3 months with regards to my body language… and it’s in pretty bad shape.

One tip that I read somewhere really helped me with regards to the angle of my back (so I don’t slouch over or appear too far back):

Imagine the center of your body (basically the area around the waist)as your center of gravity.

Perhaps some tips on properly using your voice in a future post? :p

I have a deep voice but I totally suck at projecting it… so sometimes it comes out all weak and raspy.

Hey 3nigma,

I’ll do a post about getting the right posture later today and about projecting your voice on Saturday.

I have a deep voice as well. It’s due to conditioning that men should talk low. I SHOULD have a higher pitched voice, but the ladies like the low tone so I tend to keep it that way. I’ll post more about this and how to project your voice on Saturday.
