They say eyes are the window to the soul, and it’s true. You can tell when someone is smiling just for the hell of it, or if someone is smiling because they feel happy. How? By their eyes.

Strong eye contact means a strong hold on reality. What you see through your eyes are images generated by your brain. The meanings you take from those images are revealed in your eye contact. When you see an intimidating person you tend to lower/divert your eyes. When you see a weak individual that you are about to fight you tend to stare directly in their eyes.

The ease of your eye contact is what you have to have to attract a woman. You show her that your reality is strong by maintaining eye contact. You also tell her, with your eyes, that you respect her reality by following her eyes (this is called pacing in neuro linguistic programming, but that’s a future topic).

A perfect example of great eye contact is this clip in Nine 1/2 Weeks with John (Mickey Rourke) and Elizabeth (Kim Basinger). It’s subtle, but seductive.

The way to build your eye contact is practice. Go to malls and other public areas with women. When you see a woman coming your way LOOK INTO HER RIGHT EYE. Why the right? Well you can look into her left if you want. The reason is, look into one eye. You cannot look into both of her eyes at once, so pick an eye and stay with it. As she comes closer to you she will eventually look at you. You can tell a lot about the way a woman looks at you (which we’ll discuss at a later date). The only time you look away is when you pass one another. Doing this will show you that there is NOTHING WRONG with staring, especially when it’s at something you like .
