A couples guys commented wanting to know how a poem experiment went.

I wanted figure out how to open attractive girls at the library. These attractive girls tend to be listening to music or wearing earplugs. One of the experiments was to use a poem.

I wrote a letter that included a poem from the Free Player Guide. This looked like a letter I was giving to a friend, but meant to attract the girl reading the letter.

Here is the experiment:

* I would be sitting at a table that has dividers. A girl would sit down in one of the divided sections and I would pretend not to notice. I’d give it a couple minutes and write the following . . . *

“Hey bro, here’s my latest poem:

One by one, three matches are lit in the night
The first to see your face
The second to see your eyes
The last to see your lips
So when it’s dark all around, I can remember it all
While holding you in my arms.

What do you think?

P.S. No gay jokes.”

I did this experiment eight times.

The first two times I crumpled up the letter and threw it over the divider. The girls threw it back over the divider almost immediately. I decided to fold the letter nice and neat and drop it over the divider. Folding the letter made the girls read it.

Of the six girls who read the letter:
- Two gave the letter back to me with the polite comment; “I think you meant to give this to someone else.” I wasn’t prepared for a response. I apologized and let them get back to their work.
- One was cute enough to add her comments to my letter. I’m not experienced with letter game, but I managed to get a number.
- One had a lot of attitude. She was trying to do some studying and I was bothering her. I told her, in a nice way, to fuck off, and left her with her studies.
- The two remaining girls brought on intimate conversation. I wasn’t prepared for such immediate conversation, but managed to score a number from one of the girls.

Of eight girls I obtained two numbers. Not too shabby for a new experiment.
