Our Insane Environment

We live in an insane environment.
You don’t think so? Well look at what happened to Britney Spears.
“A girl who had it all just went koo koo.”
Even stating the name “Britney Spears” proves we live in an insane environment. We don’t know “Joe Shmo” down at the local child care center, but we know some “wealthy and attractive” girl named Britney Spears.
For those who don’t know, Spears had a stand off with police and paramedics over her kids. Why do I even know this crap? . . . Anyways, it ended up being a “big” news story.
Most gossip watchers will attack Spears for being crazy, but who is the crazy one? How would you feel if EVERYTHING you do, and have done, was known to the public? How would you like it if you went to a fast food restaurant only to be bombarded with flashing lights?
You think Britney Spears is insane? I say it’s our environment that is insane. What happened with Spears was just a natural reaction to the environment.
Inside most people seek vanity, not pride. Power, not humility. Sex, not love.
If you’re merely seeking success, money, and/or status then you’re beginning with inner corruption. You might be “poor”, like me. If you are then be poor, who cares?
That’s why it’s important to find what you “love” in life and stick to it. Who cares if this love isn’t better than the rest. It’s all nonsense anyhow, cause we’re going to die.
Right now you’re living. SO LIVE!
Most people don’t realize this cause they don’t think. They don’t even feel. If they do think then they it’s only of their sad lives; their work, their bills, their appearance, etc.
How do you break free of this insane environment? USE YOUR BRAIN. Don’t just accept the status quo. Doubt it. Question it.
SO USE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN!

word brother….I used to LIVE in my mind, thinking I was not worthy and inferior bullshit like that. The I stumbled across The Game, got into the community, and then some Zen Buddhism, which, when it comes down to it, says those little voices in your head are not you and you don’t have to listen top that little voice saying “You suck you can’t even do this one little thing.” Its funny how ideas change so rapidly, I wish people would really take a look at themselves like you said James and stop living a life full of bullshit. My 2 cents. Peace.
