		<description>I personally find that I like having goals, which I then reinforce with objectives I do on a daily or weekly basis. I.e. this objective works towards this goal.

If I want to learn to play the violin then I make the goal of being a great violin player, but then make the objective of learning x number of songs per month, and even the sub-objective of practicing X amount of hours per week on a new song.

Basically, I just keep breaking down the size of my goals until they're smaller, and smaller and more manageable. (But without destroying the over all goal in my mind) I really put conscious effort into this.</description>
